Job Description:
- Chat/Web-Chat Associate.
- Analyst utilizing hands-on Customer Engagement.
- Solving Queries over Web-chat process within the given time span.
- Cab Facility provided if living in transport boundary (both ways).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Freshers can also apply.
- 6 months+experience in web chat with excellent command over English.
- Good typing speed of over 25 WPM and 90% accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word).
- The candidate has to be a quick learner, high on energy and must have a flair for customer processes.
- Willing to work in shifts (24×7).
- Work from Office.
- Immediate Joiners Only.
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer engagement over live chats.
- Identify and resolve escalated customer issues.
- Find alternate solutions by researching and exploring information using available resources.
