Responsibilities& Duties:
• Explain work to team members
• Help team members technically, review work of members, complete teams task in time and with quality.
• Do self-assigned programs
• Code review of team members
• Monitor and report performance of team members
• Following coding standards by all the team
• Completing teams task in time and with quality
• Technical abilities of team members are up to mark and get enriched periodically
• Timely submitting all reports to CEO
Requirements and skills
• 4 + years of experience in Java, J2EE, PLSQL, spring, spring boot and banking knowledge is added advantage
