- Gainsight is hiring For GSALL Training Program – Freshers (2020/2021).
What is GS ALL (Gainsight Admin Leadership League):
- “GS ALL”, is a program that aims to train engineers into GS Admins and enable them to secure a full time opportunity in the industry after graduating from the program.
- The training program consists of three phases: Behavioral Skills Training, Technical Skills training and Capstone Project.
- The GS ALL program will spread across 10 work weeks and consist of 400 hours of training.
Prerequisites:
- Goal setting and expectation management.
- Soft skills required at the workplace for success.
- Workplace Communication.
- Cross-Cultural Communication.
- Public speaking and participating in meetings/webinars.
